1. Growth Fundamentals

1 MONTH

We take a 360° view of your business focusing on what’s critical to growth in Industry 4.0. We deep dive into some of your current opportunities, benchmark against your peers, validate with your target verticals and develop a 6 month growth plan.

You get a clear action plan for growth with an informed, independent perspective, validated in your target vertical(s). Together we work out the priorities and how to achieve them.

2. Laying the Foundations

6 + MONTH

Using our plan from Step 1, we work together to build the foundations of scalable growth. Quickly engaging with our end-customer network across your target verticals – we validate product-market fit; use-cases and business case. We take on the heavy lifting of bringing you to customers and developing deals.

Within months we aim to hit the milestone of 3 foundation customers that will unlock growth.

3. Scale Up

12+ MONTH

Building on Step 2 foundations, together we make a plan for £1m ARR. We will focus on leveraging success and scalable processes. We help you build out bigger deals within your vertical(s). We support you to grow the team to enable your growth team to fly solo.

You will be well on the way to achieving $1m ARR and unlocking 10x growth with new funding.
